2 Job Offers: Real Estate Tax Law or Commercial Litigation? - commercial real estate law

Hello Yahooligans!
I have 2 jobs, both legal assistant / paralegal positions. Both are small boutique located in the same area.
One specializes in real estate and minimize taxes ($ 28,000 and 3 months probation period), and the latter specializes in commercial litigation (from $ 35,000 and 6 months) trial period.
What would you choose and why? I lean toward commercial processes of the company's money and I feel a wider trade dispute. Thank you for your time and advice!
