I'm pretty sober, maybe a little drunk. but I want to ensure, taking its fine Advil for the killer headache.

Go ahead, I take the ibuprofen all the time, when I drink ....
I prefer the coated aspirin, but at this time only just begin to drink tall glasses of water.
Dehydration is the "next" morning guilty.
Take your Advil and drink lots of water and everything is good!

Advil is safe to take now. Everything else is a negative effect on the liver.
Forward. take Advil with food, keep the water in the bed and sleep.
By the way,
Motrin Ibuprofen = Advil. What are NSAIDs and are in a class with aspirin.
Tylenol (acetaminophen) is one that is toxic to the liver can (ie not be combined with alcohol).
Drink water and eat Advil but it would be better off with a BC powder.
