Do you know anyone who has overcome anorexia? I need help:(? - how does someone come in contact with anorexia

Do you know someone who came on appetite and be prepared to discuss with me and help me in my time of need? I have so many questions, and I feel so alone. Please, if you or someone you know has expired or will you contact me.
